LAC+USC Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship:
The Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at LAG+USC Medical Center was established in 2011 and provides fellows with intensive, advanced training across the breadth of emergency ultrasound during a one-year program. Fellows participate in dedicated scanning shifts each month, performing a high volume and wide range of ultrasound exams and procedures alongside experienced ultrasound faculty. These studies provide the foundation for weekly Wednesday image review and case-based educational sessions.
The fellowship offers comprehensive experience beyond image acquisition, with opportunities for advanced teaching, research, curriculum development, and conference organization. Fellows also gain hands-on experience in the administrative, educational, and leadership responsibilities required to develop and maintain a successful academic ultrasound program.

Eligibility
Completed a 3 or 4 -year emergency medicine residency
ABEM Board Eligible or Board Certified
